Euroespes Biotecnología, S.A. (hereinafter EBIOTEC or the provider), responsible for the website, provides users with this document with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in the LSSI-CE, as well as to inform all users of the website about the conditions of use of the website.

Through the website, EBIOTEC provides users access to various content, services, information and data (the "Content") made available by EBIOTEC or third party service providers and content. The provision of the website service is limited to the time when the user is connected to the website or any of the services provided through it. EBIOTEC reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and location of the website, as well as the "Content" and the conditions required to use them.

Within the Contents, EBIOTEC may provide information of a health nature. In compliance with the provisions of art. 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider is available to all users, authorities and security forces, and actively collaborating in the removal or blocking of all content that could affect or contravene national or international legislation, third party rights or morality and public order. 7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The user acknowledges and agrees that all rights of intellectual property on the "Content" and / or any other elements included on the website (including without limitation, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flowcharts, presentation, "look-and-feel", audio and video) belong to EBIOTEC and / or third parties (being themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in respect thereof. The declaration of any of these general conditions as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining conditions, which shall continue to be binding between the parties. The waiver by either party to demand at any given time the fulfillment of any of the General Conditions stipulated herein shall not imply a general waiver of the fulfillment of any other condition or conditions, nor shall it create an acquired right for the other party.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This website is operated and controlled by EBIOTEC from its office in Spain. Consequently, all issues that may arise from access to and / or use of it shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Specifically, the provision of the website service and this Legal Notice is governed by Spanish Law, and specifically, by Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

To the extent permitted by law, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Betanzos (La Coruña).
